This site collects nothing on its own

The site sets no cookies, carries no analytics or advertising tools, and loads no fonts, maps or video from third-party servers. You can read all of it without anything being recorded about you beyond what the next section describes.

The contact form sends nothing to any server: it composes a message in your own browser and opens WhatsApp with it, so that you decide whether to send it. If you don't press send in WhatsApp, that information never leaves your device.

Data that is processed

Hosting: the hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) automatically logs your IP address and technical connection data in order to serve the pages and protect them from attack. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the service available and secure.

Contact: if you call, message me on WhatsApp or email me, I process the details you give me (name, phone number, service address and description of the fault) to deal with your request and, if you go ahead with the repair, to carry it out and invoice it. The legal basis is performance of the contract or the pre-contractual steps you asked for.

Invoicing: tax data on issued invoices is retained for the periods required by Spanish commercial and tax law.

Retention and recipients

Data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the statutory limitation periods. It is not shared with third parties except where the law requires, and there is no automated decision-making or profiling.

If you message me on WhatsApp, your message also travels through that platform, whose own privacy terms apply to the conversation. If you would rather not use it, call me or write to [pending].

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of or objection to processing, and portability, by writing to [pending] and saying which right you are exercising.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the rules, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
